Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Rep (CSR)

We are looking for a charismatic individual to join our Client Serivce team.  The ideal applicant will be a motivated, hard working individual who takes pride in their work, and has a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the veterinary field, animal shelter, 4H, or closely related field.  We will train the right person.  Strong communication skills, superior organizational skills, and multi-tasking is a MUST!

This position is a full time position, with NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, and HOLIDAYS OFF!

Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments and surgeries, client call backs, heavy filing, and checking clients in and out of the Pet Hotel and Veterinary Hospital.  This position works closely with our clients, doctors, and other team members.

Town & Country Veterinary Hospital and the Pleasanton Pet Hotel works closely with several K-9 units throughout the Tri-Valley area, as well as, Cover Your K-9, Pets of the Homeless, and the Valley Humane Society.

We utilize flat screen monitors, listen to Pandora music throughout our practice, and use the latest version of the Cornerstone veterinary software program.
