Welcome to the Pleasanton Pet Hotel. We have been "tucking in" the pets of the Tri-Valley area since 1984. All of our team members are trained in Pet First Aid and providing tender loving care. Both our Pet Hotel Supervisor, Stephanie, and our Cattery Technican, Linda, have been with Town & Country Veterinary Hospital and the Pleasanton Pet Hotel since 2007. And our Kennel Technicians, Brooke and Caitlin have been with us since 2013.
Here's what you may not know...
Linda sews all of the blankets we use to tuck in both dogs and cats every night. Stephanie spends more time taking care of visitors at the Pleasanton Pet Hotel than she does pets in her own home:) Dr. Gardner lives within a mile of the hospital and is called on the weekends if there is a pet that needs medical attention. Although we are not open for business on weekends and holidays, have peace in knowing that our staff is here making sure that your pet is safe.
All technicians have proven to be alert to pets individual needs, and have caught serious health concerns to help save your pets lives.
Stephanie alerted Dr. Gardner twice and saved two dogs from bloating. Linda alerted Dr. Dossey to a male cat that was blocked. Alyson took excellent care of a geriatric dog that boarded with us that had a really hard time getting around beacuse of the arthritis in her hips. And Kody's quick thinking saved a pet that was choking. We have an exceptional team of trained professionals who take great pride in taking special care of all our guests at the Pleasanton Pet Hotel.
