We want to make sure that our team of Veterinarians and support staff are available to as many of our patients and clients as possible. If you or a member of your household have tested positive for COVID-19, are displaying flu-like symptoms, have traveled to a high-risk area within the past 14 days, are currently on quarantine, and/or your pet needs care or medical treatment, we may be able to offer you and your pet a telemedicine consult. Telemedicine consults are online consultations, and can include email conversations with the Doctors, attached pictures or videos of your pet, or online Zoom meeting direct communication with one of our Veterinarians. The cost is dependent upon complexity and type of consultation, but is generally similar to, or less than an in-hospital visit. Please contact our hospital, and our Doctors and staff will determine if a telemedicine appointment is appropriate for your pet.
At this time our hospital continues to treat sick, injured and critical patients on site, to ensure that we are available to those pets that need our care most. These examinations and treatments will be performed in our hospital treatment areas, away from the public. Our Technicians will get a report of your pets condition in the exam rooms, waiting room, or over the phone, and all treatments will be done in our treatment areas to ensure safe social distancing.
As we are not currently seeing routine wellness exams... A great way to keep track of your pets’ medical reminders and vaccinations is through —> The PetPage APP!
The PetPage App and portal allow you to view upcoming appointments, review healthcare reminders, refill prescriptions, request appointments and more! Be sure to take advantage of this free service! We also offer app only rewards and savings to our clients. Download the app to your phone today.

Additionally, if your pet is in need of a prescription medication or food refill, please call us or use the Pet Page app. Our lobby is currently closed, but we are still offering curbside service for medication and food pick up. To minimize risk to our staff and our clients, we ask that all clients remain in their vehicles and call our front desk to let them know that you have arrived. One of our team members will deliver the items to your vehicle, passing them through the passenger window. Given the airborne nature of the COVID-19 illness, we ask that you please refrain from engaging in conversation with the staff member who delivers your items, but rather continue to utilize the phone as your primary method of communicating with our team.
If you receive a reminder email, postcard, or text from our office regarding past due services, please contact our office to determine if your pet should be seen or scheduled for a later date.
Please note that we have a limited amount of team members, so there may be a wait depending on our caseload at any given time.
As always, the safety of our patients, clients and employees remains our top priority. We will continue to provide updates as the situation evolves.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
