Part-time Associate Veterinarian

Town & Country Veterinary Hospital and the Pleasanton Pet Hotel, located in beautiful downtown Pleasanton, California, is actively seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our busy 3 doctor, well established, General Practice. We have proudly served Pleasanton for over 30 years with exceptional veterinary care. Our mission is to treat you as family and your pets as if they were our own. We specialize in high quality care for dogs and cats and offer comprehensive veterinary care and professional support to you as an owner. We are a busy GP practice offering Wellness Care, Sick Visits, Dentals, Surgical services, Radiology, Laboratory Diagnostics, Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine, and Boarding. We also work with many local police canine units.
We operate exclusively Monday-Friday, with a work/life balance as an important part of our team. There are no weekend or on-call shifts. Our hours are 8am-5pm and closed daily from 12-1:30pm. A nice chance to take time for yourself. As a veterinarian and team member, you will play a role in educating and providing quality medicine to our clients and their pets.
We are fortunate to have an amazing, talented and motivated staff that have all been with us for a year or more. We have several long-time team members that round out our Town & Country family.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who would be committed to practicing the high quality of medicine we expect and provide quality patient care and client education.
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
  • State of California Board License in good standing
