For Your First Visit

The following will help you make the most of your first visit to Town & Country Veterinary Hospital:

Remember to bring any documentation you have of all vaccines administered
Please bring a copy of your pet’s past medical history for our Doctors to review and add to your pet’s file. You can bring a copy, or ask your previous veterinary office to email us records to us in advance at info@tcvhosp.com
It may be helpful to prepare a list of questions or concerns to bring with you on your first visit. There can be many distractions for both you and your animal friend, and sometimes even the most important questions can be forgotten.
